The lap table has a main panel that rises up so that you can angle it to where you want. There are three different positions that are fixable. This is very handy for reading at odd angles if you are sitting or laying in bed. There is a side panel too which remains flat so here you could place your drink or snack food. You can use this are for writing or painting materials too if you were to use the table for these purposes,
For working on your computer, the lap table is designed with an area to the side of the main rising panel and here your mouse will sit nicely without shooting off the edge every few minutes – this is better than moving it about over the sofa arm like I used to do! This lap table will comfortably accommodate an 18″ laptop – smaller net books are obviously no problem.
There are fold down legs, as you would expect and they lock into position so they will not collapse on you and send that hot coffee over you, your book or your notes. It works this way as proper bed tray, folding down completely. On the subject, of spilling there is also a raised lip all the way around tray which would keep any liquids from running out and over the sides!
Whether you use this lap table as a mini desk, a snack tray or bed tray table you will find it ticks many of the boxes and is provides a good choice for any of these uses.
