Being made from wood, this folding tray table has a good, substantial feel to them and they have a sense of strength – you don’t feel they will snap in two any time soon. They are not the lightest set in the world so you may not want to carry them around all the time. As with most folding tray tables if you fall into them or bump into them, you usually end up sending your food and drink flying – this set is no exception – it wont stand up to a direct hit but it is more stable than most of its more lightweight competitors! There are 4 trays included in the unit which come with a storage stand.
From the practical point of view, the table comes already made up so there isn’t too much fiddling with screws and wood plugs. This folding tray table comes with the storage stand though that needs to be put together; this however is a routine operation that will take five to ten minutes at most and you are supplied with the Allen key you need for the individual screws supplied.
There is a light, neutral colouring to the tray set that makes them suitable for many different room styles and situations as they will pretty much blend in to the background.
The more care you give these folding tray tables the longer they will last. Like any decent bit of furniture, they will need a good polish now and again to protect from the worst stains we an throw at them.
